A savoury, red fruited Pinot Noir.
Semi translucent red to dark red core with black toned edges and a vibrant red hue. Fragrant red cherry and winter strawberry aromas are complimented by hints of anise, fresh herb, forest floor and delicate spicy cedar notes. Delicious red cherry and strawberry fruits have a supple flow across the palate with notions of red liquorice, subtle spicy dried clove, forest floor and brambly cedar elements extending across the back half. Polished fine grained tannins with a fresh red fruited finish that’s quite savoury.
