Creamy textured with impressive concentration and a fresh feel to the lengthy finish.

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and nectarine aromas combine with whiffs of crème brulee, roasted almond, citrusy nougat and spice. Creamy textured, the mid weighted palate features impressive concentration with flavours of peach, ripe nectarine and crème brulee overlaying biscuity nougat, almond and spice characters. Citrusy acidity lends a fresh feel to the lengthy finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

A combination of different clones, which were fermented separately with a combination of wild and inoculated yeasts. It’s a generous palate structure, but it is also delivered with a degree of delicacy, heightened by the fine minerality that cuts through to the finish. Light stone fruit with a little cut lime edginess provides balance, while the oak is neatly tuned to create perfect balance. Drink 2025-2033.

A mixture of clones, barrel fermented and matured in French oak (20% new). A full yet bright green gold. With its bouquet of yellow peach, apricot and orange blossom, this is more open knit than the '23 at the same age. It's flavoursome and harmonious on the palate, too. Finishes with good persistence. Drink by 2028.
