A tasty, intensely flavoured Pinot Grigio that carries excellent textural shape.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle green tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated pear, lime and green apple aromas mix with delicate fresh herb and wet slate notes. Tasty pear, lime and green apple fruits make a shapely entrance on to the palate and carry with them excellent intensity. Infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements lie underneath. Brisk acidity with a long refreshing finish.
