Commercial entry level Chardonnay
Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe peach, honeycomb and bacon fat aromas are trailed by hints of crème brulee and spice. Medium bodied with a creamy yet fresh feel, the palate features peach, apricot and bacon fat flavours over a crème brulee and spicy vanillin pod back drop. Bright acidity with a modestly concentrated finish that has toasty vanillin oak characters lingering through it.
