A rich, succulent Clare Valley Shiraz flooded with dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and ripe blueberry fruits.

Super dense inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Wafting through the nostrils are dark plum, liquorice and ripe black cherry scents which mingle with gently smoked vanillin cedar and peppered earth notes. Rich opulent dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and ripe blueberry fruits flood the full bodied palate with an impressive power wave. Spicy vanillin cedar, subtle dried herb and peppered earth elements lurk in the background. Ripe velvet like tannins with the long succulent finish showing good underlying freshness.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

This is a super wine that comes from a number of vineyards throughout the Clare Valley. In fact, the fruit from each vineyard was fermented and matured separately in French oak before being brought together to produce the final wine. Smooth and immensely appealing, plummy chocolatey notes and lifted florals open on the nose, which has an almost pretty presentation. The palate is seamlessly structured with fine grainy tannins, supple understated oak and beautifully soft and generous fruit all swirling together into a compelling combination that extends to a very long finish. Drink 2026-2036.
