The Detailed review: Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime and citrus aromas leap out of the glass followed by some orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Zesty lemon, lime and orange rind fruits are underscored by crisp, laser like acidity. Notions of Granny Smith apple, wet steel and chalky mineral elements ensue across the back half. Dry and tense it has a long, snappy finish laced with flinty mineral elements.
