2024 Kate Hill Huon Valley Pinot Noir

A moreish Pinot laden with expansive juicy, red to dark fruits that are both powerful and energetic.

Deep red to dark red core with black toned edges and a vibrant red hue. Perfumed aromas of violet, red to dark cherry, strawberry and anise sail through the nostrils. Some brambly cedar, forest floor and spicy fresh herb notes ensue. Juicy red to dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours expand across the palate like a peacocks tail with notions of rhubarb, bramble, forest floor, delicate spicy cedar and fresh herb infusions providing additional complexity. Fresh yet supple in it’s flow, it possesses polished tannins and energetic acidity. Boasting superb power and concentration it manages to stay light on its feet. Finishes very long and moreish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
