Fleshy textured with crunchy acidity and a long saline infused finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, lime and spicy green apple mix with Mediterranean herb and slatey mineral notes. Fleshy textured the palate features ripe pear, green apple skin and lime flavours over infusions of Mediterranean herbs and wet slate. Crunchy acidity with a long saline infused finish.
Drink over the next year.

From two sites in the Adelaide Hills – Kersbrook and Kuitpo – fermented and raised in steel. This is delightfully bright and fruit forward, with fresh green pear, lime, orchard blossoms, green almond and a subtle herbal note, recalling fresh mint and butter lettuce. There’s enough texture to give mid-palate shape, with the finish racy and long. Delicious. Drink by 2027.
