2024 Irvine Spring Hill Pinot Gris

A dry, refreshing Pinot Gris with a well rounded, river stone like mouth feel.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear, lime and red apple skin aromas emerge from the glass followed by some delicate quince and spice notes. Carrying a well rounded, river stone like feel, the refreshing palate features pear, lime and quince fruits over a stony mineral back drop. Bracing acidity with a dry, brisk finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Aromas of nashi pear, grapefruit, green apple and lemon with hints of clover blossom, crushed stone, almond paste, dried herbs, pine nuts and pastis. There is a lovely vitality and energy to this wine, lightly textured with just a touch of pear-skin phenolics and a really enjoyable savoury shape to its dry, stony finish. Drink by 2030.
