Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, green apple skin and fresh herbs delight the olfactory senses with some lime, wet stone and mineral notes also evident. Delicious pear, green to red apple and lime fruits are delivered with terrific concentration over a fresh herb infused back drop of stony mineral characters. Gorgeously shaped it has brisk underlying acidity and a long refreshing finish.
