Rich, inky black fruits with a firm, chewy mouth feel, bright acidity and a rustic finish.
Midnight black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Pronounced liquorice and black cherry aromas are followed by scorched earth, dried herb and subtle spicy leather notes. Rich inky black cherry and liquorice fruits are backed by muscular tannins which impart a firm, chewy mouth feel. Morello cherry, earth and spicy dried herb elements lurk underneath. Bright acidity with a rustic, earthy black fruited finish.
