Zesty, tense and steely with a long slatey finish that shows plenty of zip.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Red apple, lime, orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas emerge from the glass followed by some slatey mineral notes. Zesty lime, green to red apple and lemon fruits are underscored by racy mineral infused acidity. Tense steely like feel with the long slatey finish showing plenty of zip.
