Elegant and fresh yet retaining a faint creamy feel with a restrained mid length finish.
Fermented and matured in French oak barriques for a period of 11 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nectarine, white peach and subtle dried honey scents drift through the nostrils followed by whiffs of biscuity oak and citrus. Elegant and fresh yet retaining a faint creamy feel, white peach, nectarine and citrus fruits meld into delicate biscuity oak, dried honey and flint elements. Restrained mid length finish.
