Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple aromas emerge from the glass with some chalky mineral notes also evident. Mouth watering lime and citrus fruits are intermeshed with subtle orange rind and chalky mineral characteristics. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
