A zesty Riesling with a dry, slightly sour and chalk tinged finish.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime juice and green apple skin aromas are joined by some mandarin and flinty mineral notes. Zesty lime juice and Granny Smith apple fruits are underscored by tangy mandarin, wet steel and mineral elements. Crunchy acidity with a dry, slightly sour and chalk tinged finish.
