Brilliant water like core with distinct green tinted edges. Jumping out of the glass are intense aromas of lime juice, green apple and lemon followed by some chalky talc and mineral notes. Concentrated and textural, the mouth watering palate is awash with lime juice, green apple and lemon fruits. Zesty acidity with chalky talc and flinty mineral elements lingering through the long crisp finish.
