A light, energetic Chenin Blanc with a dry, zingy finish.
An organic certified and biodynamic Chenin Blanc. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Pear, honeysuckle and baked apple aromas emerge from the glass followed by some quince and delicate ginger spice notes. Light and energetic, the palate has an elegant flavour profile of green apple, lemon and quince over a slatey mineral back drop. Frisky acidity with a dry, zingy finish.
