2024 Domaine Collotte Bourgogne Pinot Noir Cuvee de Noble Souche

Light and fresh with an elegant red fruited finish.

Fruit is sourced mostly from vines planted in 1947 in Champ Forey (80%) to the east of the village with the other 20% coming from vines in Chambolle Musigny. The fruit is hand-picked and 100% de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel with no pigeage to produce a fresh, vibrant style.
Semi translucent vibrant red colour with black toned edges and a crimson red tinged hue. Fragrant red cherry, winter strawberry and cranberry scents mix with whiffs of fresh herbs, earth and spice. Light and fresh, juicy red cherry and strawberry fruits overlay a rhubarb, dried herb, earth and spice back drop. Vibrant acidity and slightly chalky tannins with an elegant and energetic finish.
