A ripe, mouthfilling style of Chardonnay.
Fruit was sourced from McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills with maturation taking place in French oak barrels for a period of 7 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and apricot aromas mix with whiffs of honeycomb, crème brulee, butterscotch and spice. Rich mouth filling flavours of ripe peach, melon and apricot combine with some crème brulee and spicy nougat elements. Fresh underlying acidity with a creamy textured finish.
