A juicy mid weighted GMS with mildly chewy tannins and a long generously fleshed, pepper laced finish.
A blend of blend is Grenache (41%), Mataro (36%) and Shiraz (23%). Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Dark raspberry, ripe cherry and liquorice scents jump out of the glass followed by some scorched earth and peppery provincial herb like notes. Juicy dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruits flood the mid weighted palate with scorched earth and peppered dried herb accents forming the underbelly. Mildly chewy tannins with a long generously fleshed, pepper laced finish.
