Gently fleshed with a brisk, elegant finish.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Pear, nectarine and dried honey aromas drift from the glass followed by hints of biscuity nougat and spice. Gently fleshed pear, nectarine and citrus fruits glide across the palate with subtle biscuity oak and flint elements sitting underneath. Fresh acidity with a brisk, elegant finish.
