A rich, creamy textured Chardonnay with flavours of peach, honeycomb, butterscotch, bacon fat and spicy nougat.
Matured in French oak. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with gleaming green tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach and nectarine overlaid with toasty oak mix with some honeycomb, crème brulee and spicy nougat notes. Rich, creamy textured flavours of peach and honeycomb run over a butterscotch, bacon fat and spicy nougat background. Smooth, rounded mid length finish.
