Semi translucent red colour with a light red hue. Aromas of red raspberries and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs are trailed by delicate scorched earth and pepper notes. Light, energetic and juicy, the palate is elegantly detailed with red raspberry, red liquorice and subtle rhubarb fruits which meld into a scorched earth and peppered herb back drop. Bright refreshing acidity and faintly chalky tannins impart a bony feel across the peppery red fruited finish.
