A herbaceous style of sauvignon Blanc with a vivid yet nicely shaped finish.
Brilliant pale straw core with a distinctive green tint to the edges and a watery hue. The herbaceous led nose features grassy asparagus scents over gooseberry, citrus and subtle spice notes. The palate is a mix of gooseberry, citrus and passionfruit flavours which meld into an asparagus and herbaceous grassy back drop. Crisp acidity with some gentle pencil shaving characters lingering through the vivid yet nicely shaped finish.
