Crunchy lime juice, lemon and green apple flavours with searing acidity and a long zippy finish.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime juice and lemon aromas show good lift out of the glass with some Granny Smith apple, orange rind and chalky mineral notes also evident. Crunchy lime juice, lemon and green apple flavours are underscored by a searing line of acidity. Wet steel and flinty mineral elements are infused through the long zippy finish.
