2024 Ashton Hills Piccadilly Valley Pinot Noir

Supple and expansive with a long, generous yet savoury conclusion.

Fermented with 6% whole bunches and matured in seasoned French oak for 9 months. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Fragrant violet, red to dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb aromas are complimented by hints of clove, forest floor and spicy cedar. Delicious red to dark cherry, rhubarb and strawberry fruits decorate the mouth. Dried herb, brambly cedar, forest floor and spice elements also chime in. Supple in it’s flow, it has polished tannins and an expansive feel. Concludes long and generous yet savoury and refined.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
