Light and supple with a savoury finish that shows plenty of spice.
Fermented with a small proportion of whole bunches and matured in French oak (10% new). Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Top notes of spicy dried clove are joined by red to dark cherry, winter strawberry, rhubarb and subtle graphite like notes. Light and supple upon entry with red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits to the fore. Rhubarb, brambly cedar and spicy dried clove elements sit in the background. Polished tannins with a savoury finish that shows plenty of spice.
