Rich and textured with fresh acidity counterpointing the cream tinged finish.
Wild yeast fermented in French oak hogsheads of which 20% was new. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with green straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and nectarine aromas mix with dried honey, roasted almond, subtle crème brulee and spicy nougat notes. Rich and creamy textured with ripe nectarine, peach and dried honey flavours to the fore. Subtle crème brulee, bacon fat and spicy nougat the undercard. Fresh acidity counterpoints the cream tinged finish.
