2023 Yering Station Pinot Noir
Matured in French oak puncheons for 8 months. Semi translucent vibrant red to dark red colour with a bright light red purple tinged hue. Fragrant violet red cherry and strawberry scents drift through the nostrils with some delicate anise, forest floor and fresh herb notes also evident. Light in body, juicy red cherry and strawberry fruits decorate the palate with traces of anise, forest floor and spicy cedar lending further interest across the back half. Fresh acidity and polished tannins finishing long and delicious.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Matured in 500L puncheons for 8 months of which 17% was new oak. Magenta, where red and purple meet. This junction is where the wine fits. Violet and lavender perfume with red cherries and blackberries. Boysenberry and two tone mulberry. Plums skin and sangria. A base note of allspice and lifted sage leaf. Fruit doubles down on the palate with briary tones replaced with blackcurrant and blueberries. Befitting dusty tannins and once again a wine that refreshes the palate on the finish. A smart wine. Drink now and will cellar up to 3 years further. A wonderful wine for wild mushroom pasta. Drink 2024-2027.

Matured in 500L French puncheons (17% new) for eight months. A light, bright ruby red. An attractive, delicate nose offering scents of raspberries, cranberries and gentle spice and rose petal. A forward, very easy-drinking wine with ultra-silky tannins on the smooth finish. Drink now and over the next two to three years. Drink by 2027.
