Mid weighted with a lively line of acidity imparting a gentle tang across the finish.
Matured in barrel for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct green tinted edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of nectarine and grapefruit over hints of dried honey and gun flint. Mid weighted, the palate features nectarine and grapefruit flavours underpinned by a lively line of acidity. Dried honey, lemon butter and infusions of gun flint extend across the back half. Finishes with a gentle tang.
