Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime, red apple and orange blossom are followed by a faint whiff of honeysuckle and pear. Energetic pear, lime and red apple fruits mix with infusions of orange blossom and subtle lemon sherbet. Slightly off dry finish with crisp acidity leading into a refreshing aftertaste.
