2023 Wilson Watervale Riesling - Last Stocks

From the blue ribbon calcareous soils of Watervale where shards of limestone dot the red soil, the Wilson Watervale Riesling is picked at the earliest level of maturity to give a light, fresh and fruit forward style.
Brilliant water like core with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Jumping from the glass are intense lime juice, citrus and orange rind scents which are followed by some distinct talc, green apple and chalky mineral notes. Scrumptious lemon and lime fruits are underscored by racy acidity which imparts a zesty feel. Lingering through the back half are subtle orange rind, talc and chalky mineral elements. Boasting outstanding power it finishes dry, long and zingy.
