Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted peach and bees wax aromas mix with biscuity nougat, hints of crème brulee and spice. Well fleshed pear and peach fruits meld into a gently creamed back drop of citrusy nougat, bees wax and flint. Lively acidity lends an edgy feel to the mid length finish.
