Light and dry with a brisk feel.
Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, apple and honeysuckle are formed with hints of quince and spice also evident. Pear, green apple and subtle honeysuckle flavours are underpinned by lemony acidity with some fresh quince also evident. Finishes dry with a light, brisk finish.
