Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lemon and lime juice scents jump out of the glass followed by green apple, chalky talc and steely mineral notes. Lime, lemon and green apple fruits carry a scrumptious feel across the racy palate with wet steel, tangy orange rind and flinty mineral elements flowing through the back half. Crunchy acidity with a long tense, mouth watering finish.
