2023 The Dagger Pinot Grigio

Fruit was sourced from the King and Alpine Valleys. Brilliant pale straw tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, red apple skin, subtle musk and spice rise from the glass. Texturally well rounded, delicious pear and red apple fruits lie over a bed of quince, delicate musk and spice. Slinky across the palate it finishes dry with a lick of brisk acidity on the mid length conclusion.
