Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced tropical fruit aromas mix with hints of herbaceous gooseberries and grassy asparagus notes. Intense passionfruit flavours drive the palate overlaying a back drop of lime, green apples and subtle herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a fruity aftertaste laced with subtle herbaceous notes.
