2023 Temple Bruer Pinot Noir

Certified organic and preservative free. Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a dark purple hue. Freshly crushed dark raspberry and plum scents mix with earth, dried herb and spice notes. Very dry, the palate’s crunchy acidity and chalky tannins impart a tight, compact feel to the juicy cherry and red plum fruits. Some earth and spicy dried herbs are also evident. Short astringent finish.
