Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit drift through the nostrils followed by hints of bees wax, biscuity oak and subtle flint. Fresh and flinty the palate features grapefruit and citrus flavours over traces of bees wax, biscuity oak and distinct infusions of gun flint. Lively acidity lending a crisp, energised feel to the elegant mid length finish.
