2023 Tamburlaine Organic Wines Riesling

Fruit was sourced from Orange and the Central Ranges. Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of lime juice and lemon pop out of the glass followed by some Granny Smith apple and steely mineral notes. Zesty lime and green to red apple fruits are underscored by wet steel characters and flinty mineral infused acidity. Finishes dry and crisp with a zippy feel.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
