2023 Tamburlaine Organic Sauvignon Blanc

Certified organic, fruit was sourced from Orange and the Central Ranges. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Citrusy tropical fruit and Granny Smith apple aromas mix with some herbaceous grassy and mineral notes. Zingy passionfruit, green apple and lime fruits have a racy feel across the palate underscored by zesty acidity. Some herbaceous grassy and mineral elements are also apparent. Searingly crisp acidity with a long fruity yet dry finish.
