2023 Sons of Eden Pumpa Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Shiraz matured in a mix of new and seasoned oak hogsheads for a period of 12 months. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced red to black currant and mulberry aromas mix with cedary tobacco and dried herb notes. A whiff of capsicum also makes an appearance at the end. Medium bodied the palate features red to black currant and mulberry fruit infused with vanillin cedar, tobacco, black olive and spicy capsicum characters. Polished tannins with an elegant dried herb, tobacco and capsicum laced finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
