Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, citrus and subtle grapefruit are married to light biscuity oak and gun flint notes. Rich, mouth filling ripe peach, nectarine and grapefruit flavours carry a fullish textural feel with notions of dried honey, biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and infusions of gun flint lying underneath. Brisk acidity lends freshness to the long enveloping conclusion.
