2023 Simon Tolley Single Vineyard Syrah

Matured in small French oak barrels for approximately 10 months of which 10% were new. Dense inky heart with a vibrant dark red black tinged hue. Elevated dark plum and liquorice aromas are trailed by some ripe blueberry, dried herb and spice notes. Juicy dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits are layered across the medium bodied palate with a supple feel. Some dried herbs and spicy vanillin cedar elements are also present. Polished tannins with a succulent mid length finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
