Brilliant very pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Granny Smith apple and lime aromas mix with melon and citrus. The lively fruit driven palate features citrus and melon flavours over green apple and subtle flinty mineral elements. Fleshy mid palate feel with zippy acidity leading into crisp, energetic finish.
