Fresh, savoury and red fruited.

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light vibrant red hue. Fragrant red cherry, violet and red raspberry aromas emanate from the glass trailed by some fresh herb, forest floor and spice notes. Juicy red cherry and strawberry fruits meld into a delicate earth, fresh herb and spice infused back drop. Polished tannins with a fresh, savoury red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Satsuma plum, rolls of cherry roulade and Assam tea leaf. Some bay leaf, juniper spice and salted licorice. The flow across the palate shows a deft hand at crafting tannins intertwined with bunch work and juicy, ethereal acidity. This is a wine for consideration and hours of pleasure, as it opens more across a couple of hours. Serve in big burgundy glasses and with some gamey meat – this is the date night wine you've been hoping for. Drink by 2030.
