Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense aniseed, liquorice and dark plum aromas flood the nostrils trailed by some toasty vanillin oak and peppered fennel notes. Rich and lush, the full bodied palate is awash with liquorice and dark plum fruits. Spicy vanillin cedar, fennel and subtle peppered earth elements sit in the background. Velvety tannins with a long opulent finish.
