A refined, mid weighted Chardonnay with a fresh yet creamy textured feel.
Matured in new to 4 year old French oak barriques for 12 months with monthly lees stirring. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe peach, dried honey and crème brulee like scents sail through the nostrils complimented by some bees wax, lemon butter and spice notes. Mid weighted with a fresh yet creamy textured feel the palate is eloquently draped with white peach, nectarine, bees wax, crème brulee, cashew and citrusy nougat flavours. Refined medium to long finish.
