2023 Rob Dolan White Label Pinot Gris

Apricot pink tinged colour with a watery hue. Intense pear, rosewater and ripe red apple aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of Turkish delight. Excellent concentration with luscious ripe pear, apple and Turkish delight flavours overlaying a musk and spicy ginger back drop. Well rounded with a supple feel it finishes dry with brisk acidity lending a lick of freshness to the fruity ginger laced conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
