Brilliant water like colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the outskirts. Bursting out of the glass are intense lime juice, citrus and orange rind aromatics which are complimented by talc and chalky mineral notes. Zinging across the palate are scrumptious lime juice, lemon, green apple and orange rind flavours underscored by chalky talc, wet slate and steely mineral infused acidity. Finishes dry and crisp with a long zesty conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
